How LawSens.ai protects you
Every LawSens.ai product publishes a Trust Center with aggregate statistics, operating principles, and the data-handling posture that surface relies on. Pick the surface you want to read about.
Consumer products
Read these before handing over personal information to any LawSens.ai consumer surface.
Brain
The autonomous decision engine that powers every LawSens.ai product. Aggregate approval rates, compliance flags, edits, and cooldowns. K-anonymity floor on every count.
Sensai Concierge, Copilot, and Grounded Answers
How the chat concierge recommends products: a fixed registry with no pay-for-placement, A/B-tested button copy with rules, minimal storage for anonymous visitors, and a crisis policy that runs before any product logic. The in-product Copilot acts over your own data only behind a confirm-before-act gate: a high-risk action drafts a proposal first and never mutates until you confirm it, the confirmation is HMAC-signed and single-use, and only whitelisted tools can run (an unconfigured signing secret fails closed, so nothing executes). Grounded Answers stay inside a faithfulness gate: answers are scored against their cited sources, a deterministic floor catches any uncited or fabricated citation, and the system abstains and points you to a licensed attorney when the sources do not cover the question. It is general information with limited source citations, not legal advice.
Criminal Defense
Aggregate stats for the Criminal Defense Command Center. Matter counts, public-defender warm intros, per-state attorney grid, and the Kovel agency privacy posture.
EasySuit
Aggregate stats for the civil-dispute lane: matters created, answer drafts, demand letters, attorney escalations, and ODR referrals. Five-row anonymity floor on every count. An informational tool, not a law firm.
Family Law Center
Survivor-safety primitives, matter counts, handoff packets, and settlement draft stats. Safe-mode, quick-exit, and NNEDV-reviewed findings are documented here.
Personal Injury Recovery Center
Anonymity-floored event counts on intake, demand drafts, settlements, and refunds. HIPAA posture and Stripe retainer transparency.
AI Staff
ABA rule compliance posture for every dispatched agent. Trailing 30-day aggregate dispatch stats with attestation badges.
Operator and integration transparency
Attorney, partner, and integration surfaces. Same posture as the consumer Trust Centers, calibrated for the operator audience.
Attorney Verification
How we verify the attorneys you find through LawSens.ai matching. Bar number checks, public-record cross-references, and directory aggregates.
Automations
Tier-gate transparency for every automation, plus approval rates and pause posture. What the system can and cannot do without a human in the loop.
Integrations
Per-provider 90-day uptime, integration catalog, and the data-flow boundaries we maintain with every third party we connect to.
Attorney Analytics
Aggregate trends, user stats, and trust checkpoints for attorneys subscribed to LawSens.ai analytics.
Marketing Suite
Aggregate marketing event counts with a 5-row anonymity floor. We never publish ROI, conversion, or deal-value metrics that could identify a single attorney or campaign.
Operating principles
We are not a law firm
LawSens.ai provides legal information, document organization, and attorney matching. It is not a substitute for legal representation. Each Trust Center repeats this in product context.
Aggregate over individual
Public Trust Center stats are aggregate-only with k-anonymity floors. We never publish anything that could identify a single user, matter, or attorney.
Consent, then law, then nothing
We share user data when the user explicitly authorizes it (for example, sending a matter packet to a chosen attorney), when a lawful demand compels us, or not at all.
Source-of-truth audit logs
Every meaningful write is audit-logged with cryptographic hash chaining and RLS-enforced immutability. The retention cron is documented on the Brain Trust Center.
