How we protect survivors and support families
LawSensai's Family Law Center ships safety primitives by default and exposes only aggregate, anonymized statistics on this page. No per-user, per-matter, or per-attorney detail ever appears here.
Lifetime activity
All five lifetime counters (matters created, handoff packets, settlement drafts, support calculations, hearings tracked) are currently below the five-row disclosure floor. Counts publish here once each category clears the k-anonymity threshold.

What we commit to
- Quick exit + safe-mode kill switch are wired on every /family page; one keystroke takes a survivor to a benign site and invalidates the session.
- Co-parent visibility never opens by default; both the matter owner and a retained attorney must sign off, and any safety flag re-locks the gate.
- Settlement drafts and brief generation pass through a unified safe-mode gate plus prompt-injection defenses before any LLM call runs.
- Audit-log emit is fire-and-forget so it never blocks a survivor-facing surface, but every gated write lands in an immutable trail.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a vulnerability that affects survivor safety, please report it through our responsible- disclosure page at /security/family. We respond to safety-impacting reports within 72 hours.
Stats refresh hourly via ISR; any counter below 5 is collapsed to 'below disclosure threshold' for k-anonymity. No per-user or per-attorney detail is ever exposed.
