What happens if we go over the scheduled time?
You'll be notified when approaching your time limit. If you choose to continue, overtime is billed at $5 per minute. You can also purchase extended time add-ons during the consultation. You always have full control and visibility into costs.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Instant consultations can be ended at any time with charges based on time used.
